As a Licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in treating children and adults who have experienced trauma, and in helping individuals and families seeking mental health breakthroughs. I believe that everyone is capable of bringing positive changes in their lives, and it is my pleasure to be their catalyst through the right tools and interventions. My extensive training in EMDR Therapy, Brain Health Professional certification (Amen Clinic), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and alternative spiritual practices equip me to address the varied and unique needs of my clients.
