Creating a therapeutic relationship is purposeful and meaningful work. I intend to provide individuals a safe space to process their experiences, free of judgement, and work collaboratively to navigate a path toward a personal, ultimate wellness. My counseling style is warm and supportive, with a humanistic foundation. Through a strength-based lens, I draw on multiple evidenced-based modalities such as Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.
