It would be my honor to come alongside you and be allowed to offer you a space of compassion, empathy and understanding for your healing journey. My focus is to help clients accomplish goals, process unresolved trauma and learn to thrive where they have previously struggled. Anxiety, depression, trauma, problematic relationships, divorce, traumatic family systems and stressful circumstances are a few of life's challenges that I have partnered with clients on in the past and have had the privilege of watching them overcome. One of my specialties is helping clients heal from past childhood trauma.
