Specialties include the LGBTQ+ community including gender confirming therapy, and I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am certified in Narcissistic Abuse Therapy, which includes toxic relationships, divorce & break up. I also have decades of experience with grief, including working at Denver Hospice. We may grieve the loss of a person, a pet, a job, health, and one's identity. I am EMDR trained since 2012, and effectively use it with telehealth.
