My hope is to be a compassionate support for adults facing transitions who need a warm and friendly space for creative engagement, healing, self exploration, and affirming care. I have experience working with trauma, gender affirming care, highly intelligent teens, life transitions, individuation, neurodivergence, parenting and relationship issues. I use somatic tools, depth psychology, and humanistic evidence based practices. I support all sexual identities, celebrate all bodies, celebrate cultural diverse humans, sex positive, kink, queer, and non-monogamy allied. Whoever you are, whatever arrives in session is safe and seen.
