As a woman with ADHD myself, I've been frustrated by the lack of adequate research and resources available for women and girls with ADHD. I want to help other women with ADHD get the diagnoses they need, understand how to make their brains work for them, learn to give themselves time to rest, and know how to maintain their physical and emotional health in a world that is not designed to meet their needs. I am also passionate about helping LGBTQ+ folks explore ways to maintain healthy relationships with themselves, romantic partners, family, friends, work, religious communities, and others.
