I work primarily with individuals ages 15 and up, specializing in trauma, attachment and relationship issues, adolescent mental health and development, and the difficulty that comes with life transitions. Therapy can feel big and scary, however it doesn't have to be! Taking this step is about choosing to prioritize your own health and needs. My priority in treatment is supporting you to increase self-care, self-love, and guide you towards wellness and healing. I understand that not every model or intervention works for every person, and value supporting clients to discover what modality best fits their path to wellness.
