I offer virtual individual therapy in Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas, and in-person therapy in Sioux City, Iowa. I work with adult clients on managing anxiety, depression, and trauma by exploring generational patterns and past relational/childhood wounds that could be impacting current functioning. In our sessions, we will discuss attachment styles and needs and explore relational ruptures that may have brought about unhelpful ways of coping and interacting. I am open to integrating faith into the therapeutic conversation if desired, and I work best with individuals who are motivated and willing to be open and honest.
