I specialize in a strengths-based, attachment, and systems approach to help clients recognize the significant impact that one person's change can have on the entire system. I also believe that a holistic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive approach, coupled with behavioral changes, is effective for many clients. Additionally, I interweave my trauma-informed background to support clients through their presenting concerns.
