I am passionate about working with people to develop a greater understanding of their current distress and identify skills that can be utilized in their day to day life. I do this by taking a holistic perspective and incorporating a variety of therapeutic interventions that best meet the needs of each individual. I want to help you navigate life's changes and develop into the best version of yourself. I believe in creating a therapeutic and safe space in which we can work collaboratively to move towards your goals. I utilize a variety of modalities and interventions as I recognize that 'one size doesn't fit all". My primary modalities are EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I currently offer individual therapy services.
