I’ve been talking about sex and identity since I taught my schoolmates all the basics and got sent to Principal's Office. Childhood curiosity became a lifelong calling, and now with nearly 30 years in health, psychology, and sexuality, I blend academic rigor, clinical depth, humor, and cultural fluency. I’ve taught at universities, led research on gender and desire, and now run a private practice focused on healing through connection and evidence-based care. As founder of Incite Counseling, I work with individuals, couples/cules , families, using psychodynamic therapy, attachment, IFS, CBT, and specialized care for anxiety and OCD.
