Whether your child or teen is struggling with big emotions, behavior challenges or has experienced something difficult or traumatic, you are not alone. It takes courage to seek out support and to trust a therapist. I work with children and teens facing a myriad of concerns, some of which include anxiety, grief, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, and social or relational stress. I also work with young adults regarding life transitions and self-esteem. I believe that every person, no matter their age or stage of life, deserves to be known and valued - to feel safe enough to be themselves and confident enough to learn and grow. I also partner with parents to strengthen the child-parent relationship, teach relational parenting skills, and offer valuable child development information.
