As a licensed counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of PTSD,anxiety, depression, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ experiences and above all else, being human. I believe in creating a comforting, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be vulnerable and explore their personal challenges. My approach is trauma informed, client-centered and collaborative, empowering clients to reclaim control over their lives and find healing at their own pace. I strive to support each person on their journey toward resilience and self-discovery.
