They might be carrying unprocessed trauma, managing chronic stress, struggling with identity, or grappling with burnout from caregiving, advocacy, or navigating oppressive systems. Often, they’ve spent so much time caring for others or meeting expectations that they’ve lost touch with their own needs, voice, or sense of peace. They need a space where they don’t have to perform or explain everything a space to unpack their story without judgment or interruption.
