I am a passionate, personable and compassionate helping professional who finds joy in helping individuals reclaim their lives from the grip of diverse mental illnesses, and problems that stem from negative thinking and trauma. I work with people who struggle with co-occurring disorders, that is, mental health and substance use problems, for adolescents, teens and adults.
