I work with adolescents and young adults facing all kinds of challenges. Some need a trustworthy adult with a little mental health expertise to navigate a challenging moment in their lives. Others need a specialist with my exact training (health psychology, LGBTQ+ mental health, adolescent mental health, trauma-informed care) to help them get unstuck from major mental health symptoms they've faced their whole lives. I help everyone I work with figure out what they want out of life (and therapy) and how to get there. I also support people during major life transitions, including fertility journeys/pregnancy, marriage, even grief.
