Living with suffering is hard when there isn’t any hope. Many of the people I work with are looking to find hope and heal from issues relating to stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parent/child issues, recovery after infidelity, trauma recovery, and confidence. I believe it is important to have an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling, happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you to take responsibility in that journey.
