If you or your child have been battling with common mental health concerns or displaying various behavioral challenges, I would love to help walk alongside you both in this, and help you or your loved one reach a greater level of self-awareness and resilience in tackling life's challenges. From teaching communication skills, to navigating trauma, or working through grief, I offer a welcoming therapeutic space that is both collaborative and engaging for you or your loved ones to freely explore their challenges clearly and with no judgement. I work with kids and teens, all the way up to age 21.
