I strive to always see the potential in others & how I can empower the individual to thrive. You are the expert in your own life, and it is my job to understand what it might feel like to walk in your shoes. My goal is to teach and guide you based on your goals and needs. I think that seeking therapy is a sign of strength and can help us when we hit an emotional wall. We are never too old or too wise to learn something new and grow as human beings. My theoretical approach is an integrated one and I have a person-centered and strengths-based focus. I have experience working with teens & adults relating to anxiety, depression, ADHD, clients with past trauma, mens issues, & communication/relationship issues.
