I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, adjustment disorder, depression, trauma and PTSD, and ADHD. I also specialize in supporting issues related to school, self-esteem, family/relationship dynamics, and life transitions. ​Through my experience, I have honed my expertise in working with children aged 5-18 and their caregivers, as well as young adults. My inviting and understanding nature creates a therapeutic environment that promotes growth, healing, and positive change.
