I recognize that everyone’s struggles are unique, and no one is immune to life’s challenges, whether it’s stress, relationship issues, anxiety, or depression. Sometimes these experiences can lead to feelings of shame or a sense of not being “good enough.” As an Arab Muslim American, I bring a culturally sensitive and faith-informed perspective to the therapeutic process, helping clients navigate their mental health in a way that honors their identity and beliefs. My background and experience enable me to provide compassionate, well-rounded, and culturally responsive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
