It doesn’t matter if you are an adolescent or an adult who is experiencing a diagnosis of a serious mental illness, anxiety, depression, relationship skill difficulties, communication, adjustment issues, and other mental health needs. I have been trained in different evidence based counseling therapies: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing, and motivational interviewing. I am Board Certified through the Center for Credentialing and Education to provide Telemental Health Services as well.
