I believe healing is attainable with active tools to get you there. As an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I specialize in individual and couples counseling. I help individuals and couples develop healthy coping skills, build healthy relationships founded on trust, and guide processing life events. My approach is trauma informed, compassionate, warm, aimed at identifying concrete steps toward healing.
