Hello, my name is Ana Paula, and I am a "Bilingual (English/Portuguese) Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Addiction Clinician (LAC) with a passion for helping individuals navigate their personal and relational challenges. My approach to therapy is rooted in understanding systemic relationships, which means I look at how dysfunctional behaviors develop within the context of family and relationships and work with you to replace these with healthier patterns.
