We specialize in using Sand Tray Therapy, Psychodrama, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and expressive therapies to facilitate healing. Our therapists are also trained in EMDR, an effective highly researched yet gentle therapy for trauma resolution and biofeedback non-invasive methods. We have several faith-based counselors for those of you who prefer the integration of scripture and prayer in sessions.
