Reflective Wellness began on the vision of providing mental health services to youth and adults who struggle with significant trauma related disorders. Our team of clinicians have over a decade or more of experience working with victims of trauma including but not limited to physical, sexual and verbal abuse and neglect. Reflective Wellness offers individual, family and group therapy to all ages. Our practice has a collaborative approach with all work personalized to meet the client's individual needs. Our therapists have specialized training in EMDR, IFS, Neurofeedback, PCIT (parent child interaction therapy), canine therapy, attachment therapy, and DBT.
