About
I am licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT) originally from the central coast of California. I now live in the Greater Sacramento California Area and have experience in working with adolescents/teens and adults who struggle with various issues including depression or the intricacies of being part of the LGBT community. I have three years of experience in education supporting adolescents as a Therapist ages 11-15. I typically like to get to know each other, both through sharing of lived experiences as well as getting though the initial assessment. The initial session also provides us an opportunity to really understand whether we are a good fit to work together, it is my hope we get to know each other and see if we are a fit.
