I am experienced in working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety in its many flavors and forms. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, phobias, social anxiety, performance anxiety, generalized anxiety and panic are my specialties. Having OCD myself, I know the therapy is hard work and can be scary, so I take things at the pace my clients set. I like to work with my clients on a customized approach to their individual fears based on their unique goals and personal values. Creativity is a big part of my approach.
