Clients that I lend a hand to are looking for help getting their thinking going in the face of life's pressures. Those pressures could be coming from relationship challenges with partners, children, parents, other family members, colleagues or friends. Those pressures could be dealing with emotional symptoms like anxiety and depression or physical symptoms like acute and chronic illness in oneself or a family member. My client's goals are to understand the part they are playing in their challenges and develop agency in coping more effectively.
