Greetings all. My name is Regina Bryan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10+ years in mental health counseling. While I'm not wedded to any one particular theoretical model, I like to use an approach that integrates many disciplines to address mental health and psychosocial issues. A few of the models I use in therapy are Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, Strengths Perspective, CBT, Motivation Interviewing, and Mindfulness, in addition to breathing and grounding exercises. My focus areas are Depression, Anxiety, SUD, and other forms of emotional/mental distress.
