Hello! I’m Regina, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience. I work primarily with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting issues, family relationships, and anger management. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to empower my clients to change the way they view themselves and to focus on being more accepting of who they are and desire to be. I approach goal setting as a collaborative partnership in which the client is proactive in helping to set their own goals for therapy.
