I specialize in helping individuals, couples, & families, navigate challenging relationship issues, build communication skills, and resolve conflicts. I also support clients with career counseling and life transitions, guiding you to find direction and fulfillment during periods of change. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be holding you back, using approaches like Nonviolent Communication (NVC), attachment-based therapy, somatic work, mind-body integration, and parts work (IFS).
