My name is Regina Huerta, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I work with individuals statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with issues such as life stressors, family and relationship conflicts, grief, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I use a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Attachment-based Therapy, to support my clients in meeting their mental health goals.
