I am a New York-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a certified Hypnotherapist, and an Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. With over 25 years of experience in counseling, I have supported individuals navigating various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, maternal mental health, substance abuse, divorce, couples' issues, and matters affecting the LGBTQ+ community. Through my work, I have recognized the limitations of traditional 'talk therapy,' particularly when supporting veterans. This awareness led me to embrace hypnotherapy as an additional, powerful tool to help people.
