Practice! All of life is practice. Hi, I’m Gina. It would be an honor to be a small part of your journey in the ever-evolving practice of leaning into life and learning to feel alive in who you are. I enjoy making meaningful connections with adults who feel exhausted from striving, questioning their worth, or carrying emotional pain that feels difficult to name. I work with clients who are navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief while trying to stay functional and grounded.
