Hi, I'm Regina, lets chat! I have over 35 years of Post Graduate clinical social work experience that has ranged from working with children, adolescents, families, and adults as a medical social worker, with life-threatening illnesses and chronic disease, employee assistance, private accredited case management consultation (ACMA) and as a psychotherapist, providing crisis interventions, mental health screenings, assessments and treatment, toward successful healthy outcomes, healing, personal transformation, growth and resilience to start. In our first session, we’ll gently begin by getting to know each other, creating a space where you feel heard and supported. If you feel comfortable, we can explore some mindfulness-based practices or breathing exercises together to help bring you a sense of calm and presence. Then, we’ll gently explore the specific challenges you’re facing right now.
