I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of sex, intimacy, dating and relationship(s). As an AASECT certified sex and relationship therapist, I help couples heal attachment injuries caused by mismatched sexual desire, out of control sexual behavior, and infidelity/betrayal. I work with individuals struggling with sexual pain, childhood sexual abuse, and sexual dysfunction. I especially enjoy working with the Queer, ENM/Poly and Kink communities. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and align with the standards of care set forth by the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH). Providing a comfortable and emotionally safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors is essential to our therapeutic process. In therapy, we will identify strengths and resources unique to your life experience. Together, we will create realistic goals so you can implement meaningful changes in your life.
