Helping you achieve a balanced sense of well-being is my primary goal as a therapist. No matter what you might be concerned about that brings you to this search, I am interested in helping you gain, not only relief, but also the tools needed for your future beyond therapy. I treat children, adolescents, and adults using individual, couple, family, and/or group psychotherapy. I specialize in working with families who have children/adolescents with developmental disorders like Autism, using a relational and developmental approach. I have experience as a behavior therapist as well, and oftentimes integrate this approach. Family involvement is important, parent coaching through consultation Is available as well.
