My clients come to me with a myriad of issues that have been impacting their quality of life and functioning. Many struggle with everyday issues of stress related conditions, including trauma related issues, and other depressed and anxious moods causing them to feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, and with panic attacks. These overwhelming intense emotions cause a disruption in their lives, making it difficult to achieve day to day life functions, and make simple decisions about how to move forward in their lives. These patterns of intrusive thoughts and emotions is what leads them to therapy, and where I am able to help them.
