I'm Andrea, an LCSW and holistic psychotherapist based in central California. My work integrates psychodynamic therapy (helping you feel a deeper sense of what you are facing) with practical, hands-on tools for your health and long-term wellness. I believe that joy, connection, and hope are not luxuries, but essential parts of being human, and sometimes we just need support along the way. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for anyone seeking a more immersive, short-term format that targets depression, anxiety, PTSD, & other chronic experiences. These sessions can be in-person or remote from the comfort of your home.
