I provide a supportive, caring place for individuals and families to make positive changes in their relationships, personal health, life transitions, and with past trauma. Whether you are struggling with transitions in life, marital issues, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, or difficulty with parenting; I offer strategies for real change. Clients have described me as knowledgeable, genuine, trustworthy, and someone who models living with integrity. It is though evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, behavior modification, person-centered and trauma informed care, that I will support each client with a customized approach.
