My practice focuses on providing evidence-based therapy to individuals across the lifespan (children, adolescents, young adults, and adults). I care deeply about the individuals and families I work with. Together, we identify treatment goals and build confidence in their ability to tackle challenges. Many of the people I work with are navigating life transitions whether in their relationships, careers, housing, or other significant life changes. My previous experience focused on helping students transition into college and the real world, which has given me a solid framework to effectively support this clientele.
