Reaching out for support is such a meaningful way of showing care for yourself. I work with teenagers (15+) and adults, providing a warm and identity-affirming space to process emotions, reflect, and build toward a better future. I especially love supporting LGBTQ+ young people and their families with identity exploration and navigating stress and life transitions- but I enjoy working with clients of all ages/identities. I am committed to antiracism, disability justice, and anti-oppressive values. I'm aligned with the HAES (Health at Every Size) framework.
