I believe that every individual deserves a space where they feel supported, understood, and empowered. Mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and OCD can be overwhelming and, at times, all-consuming—leading individuals to feel defined by their diagnosis. My approach is based on the understanding that clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is not to “fix” their problems, but to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s hardships. I am committed to helping clients reclaim their voice, rediscover their purpose, and recognize the good in each day. I am passionate about working with teens and adults, of all ages, experiencing mood disorders, eating disorders, grief, life transitions or court related issues.
