About
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself as you navigate college or early adulthood? I work with college students and young adults facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity questions, and low self-worth. Many clients come to therapy seeking clarity, relief, and greater resilience during this pivotal stage. I offer a collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore challenges, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. Our work together—grounded in trust, respect, and openness—forms the foundation for growth. I began my path in college counseling and later trained at a leading eating disorder treatment center — experiences that shape my integrative approach. Drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I offer a collaborative, tailored space to build coping skills, insight, and growth.
