Reilly Tomlinson, LMHCA, resident therapist at Compassionate Living Now, is committed to walking with her clients on their mental health journey, providing validation, guidance, and compassion along the way. She works with clients of all ages and treats anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, and trauma in adult clients. She has particular expertise and experience working with children and adolescents, utilizing play therapy to help young clients and their families work through behavior issues, excessive worries, communication issues, and much more. Reilly received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Master’s degree in Social Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. Her work pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness.
