My goal for therapy is to help you get clear on who you are, what you want in life, and how to get there. I am here to support you in developing the skills and tools you need to achieve a life that feels safe, healthy, and fulfilling. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and person-centered. My hope is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create change. My specialties include relationship issues, emotional regulation and communication, self-esteem, coping skills, depression and anxiety, and trauma. I specialize in EMDR to help support healing.
