On the outside you're a strong, successful woman who has it together, but no one knows that on the inside you feel like you're crumbling. The weight of motherhood, decision making, household chores, relationships and day to day tasks can feel insurmountable at times. You do your best to keep it all together but the tension and anxiety keep bubbling to the surface. Maybe you've even developed a narrative in your head that you're not good enough or you'll never get it right. But not anymore, a change is long overdue. I'm here to help you tackle that negative inner voice and manage the weight of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive with a dash of humor because sometimes you just gotta laugh right? My training in cognitive behavioral therapy will help us identify, understand, and untangle patterns in your life that have been holding you back and no longer serve you.
