The reason for this is because Albert Ellis was influenced by philosophy; specifically, he was inspired by Epictetus and Marcus Aurelius, who are significant inspirations when it comes to my own approach and psychological growth. I want to embody the concept that Albert Ellis states: "Changing one’s internal philosophy is the key to psychological growth and change." I have been a therapist for over a year, starting May 2024.
