My name is Katherine Stevens Westmoreland (Stevie) and I practice as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC and a Marriage and Family Therapist, MFT. I have worked in Kennebunk, Maine for over 4 decades helping individuals, couples and families identify, understand and transform their suffering. We first identify your goals and then look directly to the obstacles preventing you from reaching your goal. Therapy has begun! As we explore these obstacles, we will look at the present moment, the valuable roots of the past and the treasured hope of your future happiness. In couples counseling, I work from the Relational Life Therapy (RLT) model, as taught by Terry Real. I have been immersed in this valuable framework for years, engaging it both professionally and personally, and am a Certified Relational Life Therapist.
